Experience Includes:

• Negotiating and drafting documents for acquisition, disposition, finance, development, leasing, subleasing and management of real property

• Advising clients on issues of capital formation for real estate transactions, including joint ventures, mezzanine financing, commercial loans and private equity

• Counseling clients in choosing and structuring business entities (including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies) to facilitate capital formation and the financing of acquisitions

• Assisting clients in a variety of business transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets, stock and partnership interests and the negotiation and preparation of shareholder, partnership, employment, property management, and lease agreements and other business contracts
